I took some crack about an hour ago.

I think I can really feel it starting to kick in. I hope it lasts until the end of my workout at 6:30.

And for those of you that don't know, "crack" is the street name for Weider MegaRipped. A caffeine & Ma Huang (ephedine) mixture. They said to take it 2 hours prior to working out. Well, it's been about 1 hour and 20 minutes and I think I could chew through a 45 lb plate. :chomp:

When I clicked on this thread, I really thought you meant like crack, the illegal drug.

I have never taken any typr of supplement like that, but have been contemplating it lately, would you reccomend something that strong, or something on a more mild basis?
 
I think this was about $12 for 60 pills. They say start at 1 per day 2 hours prior to workout. Then move up to 2. But I think I might want to stay at 1. I bought it at the grocery store.
 
my friends dad.. when he got outta jail when we were 16 y/o.. moved back into town.. and made crack in his basement... and sold it to the whole neighborhood (wasn't exactly the best part of town that he moved into..)

we used to love hanging out there.. we were allowed to do whatever we wanted.. plus his pops had some good doje..

no shit..
