Canadian portion requires Obama approval and I doubt will happen so US portion of pipeline is being built anyway.

3) I agree the lady is getting screwed around. There is no reason why she should not be able to build a road across her property and they pipeline company should take care to restore the land properly. She did put herself in that situation by not negotiating her own row agreement.

No dumbshit I am not. What part of the "Canadian portion of the line has not been approved" do you not get? Your own quotes say the same thing.

No, no they don't. You clearly stated that this pipeline in Texas that runs over this lady's property will not be carrying in Canadian oil sands. I have now provided multiple sources that say you're a babbling idiot who's trying to artfully walk back a prior statement which started out with the phrase that I don't know what I'm talking about. You were wrong. Now let's talk about why Texans are ok with the govt handing over this lady's property to a foreign oil company. Not a whimper out of em. Fuck, people in Youngstown OH put fracking to a vote at least. Of all the things that the govt does that may actually warrant secession, Texans don't care until it's universal health care. Can't have universal health care but y'all can have our land go right ahead and help yourself.
