If he did send it and it was nabbed by customs, it can take up to 30 days for you to receive a customs letter. If you don't receive a customs letter after 30 days and you still have not received your gear. Then I would go putting him on a scammers list. Until then it wouldn't be right.

Hey, rail......I did check for you, and your source is not a problem person....at least not yet. Be patient......delivery times vary even with the top guys. It can be a considerable period of time before you get a customs letter, also......6 weeks on one I got.
In general terms, this lifestyle involves risks. People get scammed, people get seizures, people get arrested, domestic or international. It goes with the territory. When you make the decision to participate in blackmarket activities, you have to factor in the risks along with the rewards. This will probably be ok, but sooner or later you will get burned if you stay in the game long enough. You can minimize the potential for losses by doing thorough checks before ordering, not after, and ordering small until you are comfortable, insisting on tracking #'s, and so on.....but there are never any "sure" things.
