I think I'm getting gyno

I'm 4 weeks into my first sustanon cycle at 750mg a week and for the last few days my nipples have been lightly throbbing every so often. It didn't worry me that bad until today when I pressed on my left nipple and felt a sharp pain like I had stuck a needle in it. Does this sound like the begining of gyno? Or is this normal with test?

YES.. you should use arimidex.. though at this point as your systemic estrogen levels are already high (not a conversion issue) get some nolva..NOW.. if possible add some arimidex to get circulating estrogen down
