I think i need some diet help

Ive been struggling with my diet lately. last year, i went form 150 pounds to 130 pounds ripped. i was eating like 1500-1600 calories, 60-75 grams of carbs, no refeeds, i was ripped as fuck but im pretty sure i was in starvation mode. when i cheat, i would BINGE like crazy until i got sick. this year, i tried carb cycling, but its just so confusing with 3 lows and 1 high. i was wondering where i can go to get an actual pre- contest diet set just for me, my weight and stats, then a maintenance diet so i can maintain a bodyfat of 6-7%, etc. moneys kinda tight so i dont wanna pay for a level 3 trainer at golds gym. i eat clean now, for the most part, brown rice, steel cut oats, egg whites, chicken breast with fat trimmed, sirlion steak once a day, 1 low carb protein shake shake for breakfast, no ketchup or sauce, just some sea salt and sometimes spicy brown mustard. i feel like im not getting anywhere. i dont want to go back to my previous diet cuz i lost alot of muscle. any advice would be awesome.

wow, im always helping people and giving them advice. its good to see that you guys are willing to help me as well.

Hey Man, sorry didn't originally see your post when skimming the board.

Getting a custom made diet/training plan isn't ridiculously expensive, but it isn't cheap either. Going to cost you some $$$. The new synergy systems by need2, future, and tami would be a good bet.

Also, I would suggest for you to look in to Lyle McDonald's Ultimate Diet 2.0

That is a fantastic program. It's both diet and training interlocked. It's serious and intense, not for the faint of heart, not for the faint of will. It's a punishing plan, but I've seen it pay off for a lot of people.

I think the UD 2.0 e-book is $20. It will contain everything you need to know to get started. It's totally worth the $20. There is also a great support section at Lyle's website that has everything to fill in the blanks.

Those are your 2 best choices if you want something spelled out for you. It's easier that way. You could always dig up Mr. X's tkd and ckd articles which will help you get started on either one. But still got to give the edge to synergy systems custom plan or UD 2

yes, i spoke with future about his 12 week diet and training program. price is good, i may use that for a competition in the next year. i started the dave palumbo keto diet on monday. to be honest, i have less cravings then when i did a carb cycle of 150grams for 3 days and 400-500 every 4th day. and i get a high carb cheat meal once a week. im following his diet for the 200lb man minus some egg yolks. he says all the meals are interchangeable but i dont believe they are. also, when i did the carb cycling, sometimes it became an all out junk fest. i also felt bloated all the time. i dont get any bloat on the palumbo diet. ill try this out for 8 weeks or so, see where im at, then maybe pay someone to do my diet for me.
