I Think I Figured Out Why Most Girls Don't Like War Movies

I totally like war movies especially when the soldiers do brave things for the other soldiers. But my wife doesn't like them. I think I figured out why.

You see girls for the most part know they will never go to battle where us guys if we were born at the wrong time we would have fought in one of the wars this country has been in over the course of the life of this nation.

So since we "could have" been there we get to what it would have been like when we see a war movie, where a girls pretty much knows that she wouldn't have to fight.

The other reason is boys are brought up with guns and girls are brought up with dolls.

Well, do you think I have it figured or why do you think most girls don't like war movies?

and in war there more women on the front than you might think.
maybe not fighting but doing support, a principal and vital job.


Me no one likes to go to see a war movie with me because im ALWAY complaining

" hey that weapon doesnt do that sound"
"this mag was not issued that year"
"that weapon did not exist yet"
"that unit did not have that"
"lalalalala etc etc'

Sorry I like my war movies to be exact and correspond to reality, rare are the movies that are exact in the details, what piss me off is that they paid HIGH price for counsellor, and they get shit.

Out of curiousity can you give some examples of each? Movies that are accurate in their portrayal, and movies that are on the other end of the spectrum?

Just curious as I wouldn't be able to distinguish between the two in most cases.
