It all depends on the location. Generally, a meaty part of the body will be less painfull, like a delt or a calf. The most painfull areas that I have heard of are lower back for guys, and stomach, inside of arm(near armpit) and the neck.

I have my right arm and shoulder sleeved, and I could have sit there all day! The lower back has an entirely different story!
