My right leg was hurtin' from the medicine (and the massive attack on my legs/calves from the workout earlier in the day) I put in my quad earlier. Fuck it. I still ran three miles in 21min (which I should have gone slower....fuck it). Did some core for 20 minutes too.
I'm hoping to get in good enough running shape to do the next marathon here in Italy...whenever that may be.
