ive been trying to cut down the number of sessions i do per week from 6 to 3, but somehow even though i KNOW that training more frequently is taking me further fom my goals, i keep on adding in extra workouts, usually taking it to 4-5 a week...just thinking about training makes me buzz, i would seriously prefer a mad cd and heavy heavy training session to a romp in bed...because i have had a romp on standby for a couple of weeks now and i keep putting it off to hit the gym 
on the bright side, i had the best leg session EVER 2 days ago, completely smashed some personal records and probably set a gym record for a natural on the hack squat
its not like its a problem, its just a tad strange...and im blaming EF
