I just wanted to say that your a BEAST.
You were so shredded and ripped up at your last contest It was unreal.
I'm sorry you didnt place Higher.
I still owe you 100 bucks via paypal.
I know you didnt want it becuase you didnt make the top 5 ,But man your dedication to the sport made you number one in my book.
I hope all is well with the family,health and the gym.
A guy here started a small gym In tampa his name is "Frank calta"
he owns a few caltas clubs and competed years ago in contest.
Took him awhile to get the gym's going.
He gave one gym to his son and frank himself rolls around in a new bently
and lives a very nice life.
Back in the day when he started his first gym he was very friendly talking to people in the gym.Giving tips to people during work outs, giving advice on diet and nutrition to people and just being a over all friendly person.Willing to spot people, train with people and just being their as someone that they could depend on to always have proper working equipment and cater to people from all aspects of health.
Not that I'm telling you how to run a gym.But it seemed to be what worked for him
the personal touch .Now adays with all these la fitness and big walmart sized gyms going in they seem to loose the personal touch. They just throw up some equipment and thats it.
I really like medium to smaller gyms with more hardcore lifters.
In fact a la fitness opened up close by its 35 bucks a months .I wanted to see it so i tried it.
It sucked .I pay 50$ for a smaller less crowded gym with serious lifters.
But you have to make money ,so I guess you have to cater to whats in your area

I'm late to the thread but best of luck Quadsweep. I've read many of your posts with great interest. I wish you a full recovery and much success in wherever and whatever life brings you.
