Right on! When you got me down to the high 3's low 4's I didn't want to do jack shit except sit down and wait for my turn to pose. There's no way I could function at work or play at that level on a daily basis.
 
Get the habit of counting the calories you eat every day and make sure that you eat no less than 3000 calories. try to get about 1/4 of that calories from protein (about 170g protein per day). When you know that you get about 3000 cals a day EVERY day you should grow even without steroids. And make sure to get about 800 calories directly after training (about 40g from protein (200 cals) 80g from carbs (400 cals) and about 20-25g from fat (about 200 cals).

If you just make sure you eat that much I think you are ready for steroids. Just remember to eat more as you put on weight. I think that when you have reached about 60 kg you wont put on much more with just 3000 cals a day. I myself isnt on my genetic limit and have trained now for about 6 months but have trained off and on for about 6 years. I totally understand the pros advice not to juice until you are close to your genetic limits but I also understand those that dont want to wait 4-5 years to become decent size ( Im one of those lazy impatient ones ) :)

I have started a sustanon cycle, 250 each week and is about 2,5 weeks into the cycle and have put on about 6 lbs so far.

If you would be from sweden I had recommended a VERY nice program in swedish that help you count the cals and stuff just by typing in what you have eaten and how much. This program shows a diagram between 0 to 100%+ on every vitamin, mineral, protein, carbs, fat and you can see for yourself in numbers how much more you need to eat or have eaten.

bro I was the same size as you when I started out (17 years old when I started tho). My whole ancestry is ecto too (besides my turkish grandfather, he's a bit more meso). Every one else is lanky. My dad was a 28 inch waist in his 20's. I have since gone from the 130lbs mark to 184lbs in 2.5 years naturally. I've only started considering myself as a bodybuilder for the last 9 months tho (proper meals proper training).

You're a 130lbs at the moment just eat ANYTHING and EVERYTHING. I used to make a little games with myself to see how high I could make my scales go. I'd come back from a work out full of water and food and check my weight. Then I'd stuff my face and see if I could get the scales to a figure I hadn't seen previously. It sounds stupid but with this kind of determination I made sure I really slammed the calories.

I constantly think about the gear but then I look at how far other people have gotten naturally and it makes me hold out just a little longer and eat a little bigger.
