I really need help...

what is sustanon. U guys things HGH's a better idea? I really start taking something that would help me increase my weight, not necessarily get fat.
 
you say youve been researching yet you dont know what sust is? Cant be good researchin bro sounds like you want quick gains.

Im a scale 6 or 7 ecto and i find it very hard to put on weight. i posted threads simular to yours above many times wondering why i wasnt gaining weight and got the same responses. Although you may think your eating lots you more than likely arent otherwise you would gain. Just because you eat tons in one buffet sitting doesnt mean anything,although you may think your eating enough your more than likely not. You have to be consistent and eat every 2-4 hrs, never have an empty stomach and eventually you will see the payoff i promise. Also get a good weight gainer.
 
What do your workouts look like if you are only training 3 times per wk? How long have you been training?

Try to get to the gym 1-2 more times a week, eat as much as you can and work your ass off!
 
where is the best place to get sustanon from. Should i take any weight gainers with it. Is there anything i can take along, for side effects etc?
 
dude, if you are wanting to really look that different to impress a chick you only see every 4 months, and you are bent on using as to get that way, I hate to see what you would do to yourself to impress a chick you would see every day. you need to get to your genetic limits b4 you even think of starting. Thanks to quads advice, I myself have found myself in a new growth spurt trying different training (legs) and I am going to wait until it is done myself b4 starting my next psykle.

Same exact cycle as me my first. Gained 27# kept 20. I am a pure Meso almost...slight ecto in that I stay lean. One thing, make sure you are eating like a fool! Do not eat to clean either. If you are an ecto you will not get fat. Its all good if you are an ecto bulking! Keep protein at 2 grams per pound or 2.2 grams a Kilogram. I thinks its a bit early for you to gear up though. You need more base to keep your gains IMHO.

Not true...I'm pure ecto and 7 years ago I was naturally at 3% bf but with help of Taco Bell and Burger King...I'm now at 9% bf so yes ectos can get fat...Just not really huge!!!! But I was also trying to increase my bf so that my pants would fit better...LOL ;)

dude why are you telling a fucking monster bodybuilder who has obviously done his homework, that he doesnt know what he is talking about? just voicing the first thing that came to my mind after reading your post.

I just want to say it is almost impossible with the exception of concentration camp victims anyone under 200# being 3% or 4% it just does not work out mathematically. a 100# woman with 10# of fat is 10%. A 200# man with 10# of fat is 5%, see how it works? So a 150 pound man at 3% BF would only have 4.5# of fat and this is to low for survival. All these football players that say they are 4% are full of shit I have been 3 and 4% and you could no way play four quarters of high school ball much less Pro ball! And 9% is still not fat under 225 or so.
