I really need help...

Ok people after looking about this site for the last three hours i am starting to believe that there is no better place in the world where i should post this question. Anyways here is my case.

I am 21 years old, 186 cm tall and 130 pounds, i think that is about 50kgs or so. With this height and my age I look like a freak. Freinds say i look fine but i know i don't. I have been working out for six months but i am hardly adding on any weight. I see some definition but no muscle really developing. My father is the same, tall and lanky. I am almost certain that i should start using steriods or HGH's or whatever the case maybe. After weeks of exhausting research i am still very confused about the cycles and with what i should really start. I am also taking the side effects into consideration. Till november i really want to look different because i am going to Netherlands to visit my girlfreind.

I will greatly appreciate any advise from guyz with some experience. Please tell me where to start and what to take, and how to take it?

Well let me ask you, are your goals to bulk with lean muscle mass or get cut without losing too much muscle?

What is your diet and training look like, give us an example.
 
Genetics play a huge role but that doesn't mean you have to be skinny forever. Give us an idea of your training and diet first if you don't mind.
 
Ok your not going to like what I tell you but you did ask for advise and the advise Im going to tell you is go and look at the diet and training boards. Your not ready for roids, What you need is lots of food. Your 130 pounds man, You would put on 15 lbs looking at a steak with a bit of training. Roids for you just now would be a bad move, You havnt even grasped the concept of eating to grow yet. Roids arent the magic formula, If training and diet arent sussed you wont even grow on roids.

Same exact cycle as me my first. Gained 27# kept 20. I am a pure Meso almost...slight ecto in that I stay lean. One thing, make sure you are eating like a fool! Do not eat to clean either. If you are an ecto you will not get fat. Its all good if you are an ecto bulking! Keep protein at 2 grams per pound or 2.2 grams a Kilogram. I thinks its a bit early for you to gear up though. You need more base to keep your gains IMHO.

i try to get my protiens, I also eat all i can. I eat almost every three to four hours. I eat more then some of the guys who are twice the size of me. No one can ever eat more than me in a buffet. Anyways.. I excercise three times a week, i have developed abs and other definition but i am not gaining any wait. I fluctuates btw 130-138. Quadsweep are u saying i am too weak to take anything yet? i am even increasing my weights gradually but if i increase too much i know its not right.
I really have to way to go.

This is a maraton not a sprint bro. Eat like a crazy bastard and train the same! In a year you may have enough base to fire up. No I would not gear up now. Sorry to be blunt but I am being honest really.

what is sustanon. U guys things HGH's a better idea? I really start taking something that would help me increase my weight, not necessarily get fat.
 
you say youve been researching yet you dont know what sust is? Cant be good researchin bro sounds like you want quick gains.

Im a scale 6 or 7 ecto and i find it very hard to put on weight. i posted threads simular to yours above many times wondering why i wasnt gaining weight and got the same responses. Although you may think your eating lots you more than likely arent otherwise you would gain. Just because you eat tons in one buffet sitting doesnt mean anything,although you may think your eating enough your more than likely not. You have to be consistent and eat every 2-4 hrs, never have an empty stomach and eventually you will see the payoff i promise. Also get a good weight gainer.
 
What do your workouts look like if you are only training 3 times per wk? How long have you been training?

Try to get to the gym 1-2 more times a week, eat as much as you can and work your ass off!
 
where is the best place to get sustanon from. Should i take any weight gainers with it. Is there anything i can take along, for side effects etc?
 
dude, if you are wanting to really look that different to impress a chick you only see every 4 months, and you are bent on using as to get that way, I hate to see what you would do to yourself to impress a chick you would see every day. you need to get to your genetic limits b4 you even think of starting. Thanks to quads advice, I myself have found myself in a new growth spurt trying different training (legs) and I am going to wait until it is done myself b4 starting my next psykle.

Not true...I'm pure ecto and 7 years ago I was naturally at 3% bf but with help of Taco Bell and Burger King...I'm now at 9% bf so yes ectos can get fat...Just not really huge!!!! But I was also trying to increase my bf so that my pants would fit better...LOL ;)

dude why are you telling a fucking monster bodybuilder who has obviously done his homework, that he doesnt know what he is talking about? just voicing the first thing that came to my mind after reading your post.

I just want to say it is almost impossible with the exception of concentration camp victims anyone under 200# being 3% or 4% it just does not work out mathematically. a 100# woman with 10# of fat is 10%. A 200# man with 10# of fat is 5%, see how it works? So a 150 pound man at 3% BF would only have 4.5# of fat and this is to low for survival. All these football players that say they are 4% are full of shit I have been 3 and 4% and you could no way play four quarters of high school ball much less Pro ball! And 9% is still not fat under 225 or so.

Right on! When you got me down to the high 3's low 4's I didn't want to do jack shit except sit down and wait for my turn to pose. There's no way I could function at work or play at that level on a daily basis.
 
Get the habit of counting the calories you eat every day and make sure that you eat no less than 3000 calories. try to get about 1/4 of that calories from protein (about 170g protein per day). When you know that you get about 3000 cals a day EVERY day you should grow even without steroids. And make sure to get about 800 calories directly after training (about 40g from protein (200 cals) 80g from carbs (400 cals) and about 20-25g from fat (about 200 cals).

If you just make sure you eat that much I think you are ready for steroids. Just remember to eat more as you put on weight. I think that when you have reached about 60 kg you wont put on much more with just 3000 cals a day. I myself isnt on my genetic limit and have trained now for about 6 months but have trained off and on for about 6 years. I totally understand the pros advice not to juice until you are close to your genetic limits but I also understand those that dont want to wait 4-5 years to become decent size ( Im one of those lazy impatient ones ) :)

I have started a sustanon cycle, 250 each week and is about 2,5 weeks into the cycle and have put on about 6 lbs so far.

If you would be from sweden I had recommended a VERY nice program in swedish that help you count the cals and stuff just by typing in what you have eaten and how much. This program shows a diagram between 0 to 100%+ on every vitamin, mineral, protein, carbs, fat and you can see for yourself in numbers how much more you need to eat or have eaten.

Anyway GL with whatever you do.
 
bro I was the same size as you when I started out (17 years old when I started tho). My whole ancestry is ecto too (besides my turkish grandfather, he's a bit more meso). Every one else is lanky. My dad was a 28 inch waist in his 20's. I have since gone from the 130lbs mark to 184lbs in 2.5 years naturally. I've only started considering myself as a bodybuilder for the last 9 months tho (proper meals proper training).

You're a 130lbs at the moment just eat ANYTHING and EVERYTHING. I used to make a little games with myself to see how high I could make my scales go. I'd come back from a work out full of water and food and check my weight. Then I'd stuff my face and see if I could get the scales to a figure I hadn't seen previously. It sounds stupid but with this kind of determination I made sure I really slammed the calories.

I constantly think about the gear but then I look at how far other people have gotten naturally and it makes me hold out just a little longer and eat a little bigger.
