I really gotta start looking at the clock when i get outta bed

I though my alarm went off.

Went to my car drove to the gym. Even work out for a little. i was a little tired, but jsut assumed it was because it was a short week. When i took the time to look at the clock i realized it was freakin midnite and not 4am. :worried:

DAMN. - i knew there was a reason i was so tired

I went back to the change room, grabbed my bag , got back into my car and went back to bed, guess i gotta go back after work. Hahah i felt like a moron - the guy at the desk asked me why i was there earlier thna usual but i didnt think anything of it


My gym schedule is totally screwed this week. And i hate going at night :(
 
dang i hate when that stuff happens.:( at least u went to the gym instead of work, ive done that crap before and got there wayy too early
 
shit deal,I just got back from the gym after workin the graveyard shift,and lemme tell ya,that was a bad idea, I was running on ephedrine only and now I feel ill
 
Hahah well i stuck it out a half hour b4 i relaized and i will go bak after work.. but bloody hell..

i hate the after work crowd:P
 
My workout schedule is fucked too. Right now, I am training hamstrings on Wednesday mornings at 530am. Then my next workout is friday nights at 1030/1100 to about 1230am.
 
It's jsut this week.. I go to A 24HR GYM AND THEY WERE CLOSED ON MONDAY IT THREW EVERYTHING OFF..

oops caps...

And i have been going at nights.. mentioned it in the ladies room.. i have gotten some dumb ass questions..

I usually go when no one is there.. it's alot easier :worried:

After work crowd = the suck.

That's why god invented IPOD's and menacing glares.


But seriously fuck that 4 or 5 or 6 or 7 or 8 or 9...............in the morning shit.
If someone wakes me up before 8, the house better be burning down.

OOF!!!!!!! i feel for ya,oak! i did 2 weeks on the vampire shift fot the first time in over a year............i was NOT in a good mood! my co-workers kept outta my way. :(

hamstrings solo? What does your split look like?

thats insane, im rarely sleeping before 4am

do you pretty much sleep a couple hours after you get back from work?

sleep 11pm-3:30amish

Alarm clocks are the worst invention ever.
 
My body wakes up on it's own most of the time .. i wake up even b4 the alarm goes up:9 wish i could sleep more

How'd you manage to get so fit with that little sleep? You shouldn't be able to grow on that. Have you tried melatonin or valarian or other natural sleep aids? God CC, you make me tired just thinking about it. I cry like a baby cause I gotta get out of bed at 5am and I go to bed at 9pm. I do have to use melatonin (6mg) and sometimes Imovane (7.5 or 15mg) to get to sleep though - damn test, eq or clen must be be doing it but I'll be damned to give any of that up.
 
melatonin is what helps me sleep for those few hours.. but can't say it really does anything and immovane no longer works on me.. nor does starnok
