I quit gaining weight...

Im doing my first cycle... 500 mg sust 250 a week for 10 weeks and for the first 2 weeks did 40 mg dbol a day.

Im just ending week 7 and weight exactly the same i did after week 3. I gained 13 lbs the 1st 3 weeks and nothing since. Why is this?

I havent changed my diet or workout habits.

Anyone have a good suggestions?

eat more, overtraining? .. you will grow off dbol even if you arent eating alot.. whats your calorie intake.. weight height.. how often do you train.. are u doing alot of cardio..
 
You just answered your own question. You haven't changed your diet. When you start to gain muscle your basal metabolic rate will increase corresponding to the amount of new muscle gained. Therefore one needs to continually be eating additional calories in order to continue gaining new muscle.
 
Your added muscle now requires additional calories. Bump by at least 800/day. Worked for me. Also you need to know bf. I stagnated on weight gains twice in my cycle and each time was dropping bf it now seems. Calories, calories, calories with emphasis on protein, protien, protein! When you hear guys referring to having their diet "dialed in" that is what they mean: they have found out how much the need to increase calories and protein to continue with gains.

tested body fat 3 days ago 10.6%

5'10 187 lbs eating about 4000 calories and 200-250 g protien daily

Add 6 tablespoons of all natural peanut butter a day. That's easy to put down!

Also how old are you? When I was 27 years old I had to eat 7000 a day to cut and 10000 a day to bulk. Now granted I was alot taller than you but you get the picture. I HAD to dirty bulk! There was no way possible for me to eat 10k without at least 2 trips to McDonalds a day.
 
dirty bulking also helped me break past my platue. some people just need the extra cals even if they are bad. id say as long as the staple of your diet is good clean food then the extra junk is really only acting like a supplement to your already good diet.

I have to mix up my diet w/ a mix of dirty for the simple fact that I needed the calories and I couldn't spend all day at home cooking, this has worked for me w/ no change in bf% although I'am not super lean anyways.

Then you need to make it dirtier, bro! You look like I did on 5k a day! Bump it to at LEAST 7000 calories the way you are built!
 
I've been upping the food little by little each week. My main problem which i just solved as i was getting bloated and had very very bad gas from all the protein but i got some pills from the supermarket and now without the bloat its like i can eat all day.

I am surprised that nobody said this yet but probably about 10 of those 13 pounds you gained is more than likely waterweight gain from your D-bol you should have gained most of that in the first week and a half. I agree with all that you need to get your diet dialed in better but I would not base your initial gaining weight to having a good diet when you first started. Are you using AIFM or some other kind of Aromatose inhibitor? I would definately make sure you are taking the right vitamins and getting enough calories especially protien and constantly supplying your body like every two hours with protien
 
Thanks for the advice, its seems like most of you agree that bad calories are better than no calories. Thats what I wanted to hear...I miss Burger King! :)

Someone asked my age. Im 27. Not doing any cardio at all, except for a good 30 minute fuck this morning. I dont think most of my weight I have gained is water because of the AIFM. I am alway pissing!
I'll try to eat more and see what happens. I also think I'm going to extend my cycle to gain more weight. Add another 5 weeks of the sust for a total of 15 weeks, and starting week 10 do 500mg of primo for 10 weeks. will be a total 20 week cycle.
 
You don't need bad cals! To give you an example I once gained 40 lbs. in 10 weeks on test and D-Bol. I started off at 3500 cals and ended at 5000.

I disagree.Some people need bad calories to gain weight and I'm one of those people.I have dropped bf eating 3000 calories/day. My calories when bulking are 7500+ a day.
 
You need to use good calories but if you're at the point where you just can't add anymore good calories. Go bad. Personally I think you should be able to grow just fine on 4000 at your size. But if it takes 7000 or 8000 and you can't eat more, then eat something you can get down. Look at Lee Priest's before and after's. You can bulk and cut to do it.
 
Post your diet time by time...very few need 4000 cals to gain weight, many THINK they do, but it's a falicy....I'm interested in your cals........postem

hey bro, do this.....it sounds stupid but i promise it will work. set your alarm to get your ass up halfway through the night and eat a meal(shake) then go back to bed. this will shock your body. it only takes like 5 min out of your sleep and i swear you will put some more mass on.........if you are strict enough you can make it happen.
 
I just went to the smoothie kings website to look at their nutritional info....their 20 oz Hulk smoothie has 987 calories!! Holy shit...all i need to do is add one of those a day!

Can't isn't a word to use when you are determined to reach a goal....You can always eat more, but the key to making it less stressful is to eat highly nutritious foods that are potent in carbs, fat or protein!

If you are eating 5 meals a day, start eating 7 meals a day....right now I'm at 7 meals a day with each meal at 750 cals per.....Peanuts are high in fat and protein, instead of fish, add beef....

One of my favorite meals that is high in everthing is homemade (not canned) refried beans that I refry using canola oil...I fry up some tortillas and stake them with lots of beans...so I get major carbs, protein, fiber and omega 3 fat and about 1 hour after I'm done eating, I can eat again because it sits light on the stomach

Always use the 30/40/30 split...meaning 30% protein, 40% carbs and 30% fat and you will find the ability to eat more often.....for every protein drink take 2 tablespoons of flax oil.....

As for dirty foods....f##k Mc Donalds, Burger King, Wendy's and all that other crap....that's just an excuse people make up because they are too lazy to learn about how to gain weight the healthy way.....Good clean nutritious foods equal good clean healthy gains....period!!

I only target gaining 1 to 2 pounds a week....anything more than that and it's all unhealthy weight that will make you look like bloated doe boy! Remember muscle don't grow that fast regardless of how much gear you take...so be patient and gain the right way!

Also people who gain weight off crap only maintain while on gear and because they never learned how to eat right, when they come off....little by little that muscle becomes over shadowed by fat...and then they go back on again to try and get their cut look back again!!!

Also I follow Ronnie Colemans Theory...."There is no such thing as overtraining....only over eating and under resting".....so the more you train, the more rest you need!!
