Really i wondered what happened with that poll. So he never paid and has stopped posting.

Shame i thought he was a good guy you sure he has not just got PC problems? I remeber him having troubles at home as well?

ah, yeah but then he did come back with a post saying it might be worth it anymore. that gave me an idea he isnt going to be around much anymore. besides if he started a poll like that he should finish it. i have no problem with him i just think there should have been something said. i mean the poll disappeared.

Yeah, include Needsize but I would say that even though J.A. is a good bro and all, he has too many issues that he has to solve for himself before worrying about moderating a board.
 
It's important that any Mod NOT be a drama-magnet, and that they tend to calm people down and SOLVE problems, not be the cause of drama and controversy.

THAT is more important then their AS knowldge IMHO.

There are a bunch of guys who have AS knowledge. But to MOD the board, you need some knowledge, but more importantly, a level head and good sense of diplomacy.

In my opinion, there are a few names that are being nominated that do NOT meet that crtiteria. They all-too-often end up being involved in arguments and bitch-fests.

Again we are not nominating "the most educated and knowledgeable AS users and training experts" we are nominating people to MODERATE the boards and to help keep ORDER and keep things CIVIL.

If you can find BOTH in a person, great. However if they are an "expert" but cause too many arguments, too much drama, too much controversy, then they should NOT be a Mod.

genarr, gives solid input without trying to hog attention.. (good guy)

what about... ulter? He's a smart guy and I've seen him put in some great insights/info into threads, even though many of his threads are about af products, when he does contribute to discussions it's always sound.

Another Person that I don't think I've seen mentioned is chanmanfoo he was a cool guy.

There are my seven. Canuk is good, and so is Bigandy, Ulter too even though we often do not see eye to eye.

Needsize, RADAR, Liftsiron, Genarr3, and Muscleup all have my support from that list Quad. I would consider Satch as well, since he is an asset to the board, but as many of us know, there is a small issue there.

Elite needs to recognize that all their vets left BECAUSE of elite, if elite can change its ways (which I doubt) then more vets would stay here....................
 
I appreciate all the "votes". There are alot of good members here that would be great moderators.

I also agree with Riker. The job is MODERATOR. No flaming, no insults. You should be grown-up enough not to engage in internet fist fights.

There is a way to disagree with someone without insulting them.
 
Sofa, needsize, genarr, C3Bodybuilding, RADAR, AAP, Wrongun. Those guys are all real level headed. Those are my seven choices, if it were up to me.

im not close personaal friends with too many on this board, but from my being a member for over 3 years, and all the posts ive read, id go with ULTER, GENARR3, AND NEEDSIZE.
WHO SAYS WE NEED TO REPLACE ALL 7 MODS, ID SAY WE COULD GET BY ON LESS MODS, AS LONG AS THERE DEDICATED.

I want to point out that I've been supporting Gennar3 to be a Mod for more than a year and a half. My list (top 3 only):

1. Gennar3
2. Raina
3. AAP

There are many more who are deserving, I'm just trying to keep my list short. These there have knowledge and MATURITY - very important qualities.

That's the way it should be done. Quality control.

I'd nominate SofaGeorge, Needsize, and BigAndy69 but there are a few other good bros who would also make good choices.

SofaGeorge has a lifetime of experience and always has helpful info. Needsize has contributed a great deal as well, and has the physique to back his knowledge. BigAndy has written a bunch of great informative posts.

Term, mucleup, Needsize, 40butpumpin, Stillgoing, Silent, and Realgains if he's still around.
 
although I've never had a conversation with needsize, I've read many of his posts. He's always shown patience and takes the time to respond to a lot of people. So one of my votes goes to needsize.

and a vote for Radar, because he is level headed. I've seen him around a flame fest and can't remember once seeing him get involved.
