I need to know why I can not get a date

I thumbed through some of the posts and wanted to throw my .02 in. Ms Covergirl you seem like a nice girl, physically attractive and witty so you really shouldnt have any trouble finding a date.... hell you should have MANY prospects to choose from.

This goes for anyone here, male/female - single parent or not - all age ranges.

Have you considered using the net?

Once you figure out how to navigate the selection process you should honestly have a lot of fun dating out the wazoo. I was single mom to FOUR children and even with the scumbag ex from hell, I still had no shortage of guys who wanted to DATE me. That doesn't mean that they wanted anymore than just a shot at getting into my panties. But I also met A LOT of very nice men, just that we weren't suited well for one another.

Seeing as how you are a single parent, yes there will be a lot of men who will pass. No need to take offense. It just means that he isn't right for you or you for him. Never EVER EVER pursue a man. If he can not see of his own volition how special you are then he is either too blind/too stupid/or simply not the man for you. Instead turn your attention to the hundreds of other guys who are falling all over each other saying, "Pick me! Pick me!"

And as for not netdating because you met a guy where the relationship didn't work out.... do you realize how silly that is?
