Appetite is not big enough what you guys suggest to help it?

Running a 1st cycle of:
Dbol-25mg ed for 6 weeks
Test E 400mg/w split in 2 for 9-10 weeks starting this week
N2guard recommended doses

1st meal- a lot of oatmeal whit 6 eggs white and 1 apple
2-(Post workout) 2 can of light tuna with my usual shake of 1 scoopof iso-100 prots with a banana
3-vegetables(brocoli-carrotes-peppers) with a good portion of meat(chiken or beef)
4-an orange or apple with a 1 scoop of iso-100 prot
5(there is the problem) vegetable with meat or fish, either salmon or walleye(no appetite)
6-(no appetite)

this is what i got yesterday, never the same kind of meat but always the kind of meal i get, dont want to overcharge the calories too...
25 years
5,8
205 lbs
20-25% bf
been weight lifting for 2 years straight,, but spend a lot of time at the gym before 20 too...

I have already noticed some side effect of D-bol but also good results in strenght and endurance+4 pounds of weight(must be water) not fat because im losing fat like crazy in the past months and doing crazy boxe cardio training.
Working on pct , will probably get some Unleashed, bridge, post cycle with nolva, had a beginning of gyno but look likes it calmed down and nipple are doing good this week, got some aromasin and nolva just in case.
Forgive me for the bad english... its my second language...

Ive been thinking of dropping the cycle... but ... I wont

lost 40 pounds.... and that 1 is new never used protein shakes before, got the prots a month ago, im not the kind to say stuff that is not true sir. But there is no way to prove it so.. I just want some advise to eat more during dinner since i never finish my meal...

Eat it anyway. I think of alot of the food I eat for bulking like its medicine or something. Just get it down your throat with a big glass of water. You'll get used to it.

^^^ I never said you were lying lol.. i just said you haven't been on that specific diet because it would be hard to be that much body fat. you are down 40 pounds which is awesome, but what i'm saying is keep going with what you are doing. drop your body fat under 15% this way once you run a cycle you can not worry about putting on some bulk.

i know exactly what you are trying to do.. i am about your same height and I got up to 17% body fat a couple years ago after bulking for a year straight.. i was 7% body fat prior. it really doesn't look good and I immediately cut down to 13% even if it meant losing some strength and bulk in the process. then I continued cycling. this is the best strategy for you from here.

once you get down under 15% we can start tweaking your diet and go more in a bulking mode.

Over-fed yet under nourished is no way to live your life!

By how you laid out your diet, I will assume you workout in the morning. Good. Eat a bigger breakfast and bigger post workout meal. Those are the 2 important meals of your day. Push the majority of your carbs into those meals, then you can cut them out as the days go. You just want to make sure you are able to consume good amounts of solid proteins later on through out the day and night. If you have no appetite by the time your final meals come around, force yourself to have a protein shake, or some cottage cheese.

Awesome, I like how people are on this forum.... Not like other place where people dont give a damn... This place is awesome all i see is positiveness(is that a word?) in threads and comments, and always good advices from people who care about others health. I think ill be around for a while.;)

Im sorry Steve maybe i was a little bit on the defence there... Good points.

hmm yea cottage cheese... do you any tips to make it a little bit more tasty,, cuz seriously its not the best thing out there... do you think a tablespoon of maple sirup would to the trick? :)

Dude, you gotta get the no-fat vanilla yogurt. I can inhale 32 oz in minutes; anytime, anywhere. I have to stop myself if I don't intend to eat the whole thing. You can find it on sale for 2 bucks. Any brand is fine, they are all good.

if you need more calories..peanut butter...

simple, calorie dense food that wont fill u up

I can litterly eat a jar of it, if left unattended...

Eat it with cheese, no fat high fiber crackers, or fruit. I was skeptical once that i could eat the necessay protein, carbs, etc. What i found was at the beginning dont try to eat so much in one meal. Eat til ur not hungry but not stuffed. By the time the next meal comes your hungry. Pretty soon you need snacks to make it to the next meal. Soon you start to add more and more meals and soon youre always hungry.

These are all good ways of half assing (calories) into your diet. Yes you will get some extra in but in the long run you want your appetite (BIG) like you want your results. I have had problems myself with my appetite, so take it from me I've been in your shoes, sux bad. D-bol is liver toxic and can effect your appetite, but you said your not getting off that so you need to go another route. You have to get the food down period, like said earlier in the posts put it in your mouth chew it up and swallow it down with some water. You have to make your self have an appetite. Stretch your stomach and make your metabolism sky rocket. It took me 3 weeks one time going into a pre-contest diet to get my shit straight. I know it sounds a little primitive and maybe a little harsh but you have to do what you need to do. I'm telling you though once its gets going there is no stopping it, your bank account will be the one needing help getting full from all the money your spending on food, and you will be growing like a weed. All the drugs in the world aren't gonna do much W/O a good diet. SO GO EAT!

Do you like almonds, peanuts, cashews, sunflower seeds, pistachios? I make my own raw nut trail mixes and take them to work every day. I binge on these between meals every day. Very rich in cals, healthy fats, and protein. Once I start on a bag of pistachios I normally can't stop lol

o yea i love those..... sounds great to get this between lunch and diner. And yogourt seems to be a great idea for night snacks, not too much calories and good protein.I usually have no problems eating trought the morning, maybe a lighter lunch with almonds and pistachios for afternoon would help getting a better dinner. Thank you for the tips. Maybe its the cardio after the job that kill my appetites, too bad the gym is closed after 5 pm.... Might want to switch for a run instead of punching the bag and skipping the row.

the guy is 20-25% body fat and you all are encouraging him to eat more. I don't understand the logic behind that.

re-read his original post, not just the title when you give advice

Not that i want to eat more just need some tips to balance the meals.. so the calories are evenly balanced and lose my fat even faster, im not on a low calories diet... with all the work out i do i would just die and have no energy...doing around 20 set every day x5 and boxe or running cardio, i need to eat,, but things like peanut butter will certainly not help me :) diet is around 2200-2600calories per day

today workout was just too intense, did my leg-shoulder day, Then the boys forced me to do a cross fit circuit after... i was dying. I think cardio is not needed i just want to lay down haha

Alot of people underestimate the value of nutrition to a bodybuilder and most dont eat nearly enough.
You could try adding some B12. it always increases my appetite.

Carbs loaded protein shakes to fill in your macros?

^^^^^ Add 100gms of oats to your protein shake.. 100gm + half a scoop of protein for flavor gives around 60-70gm of carbs depending on the oats.. that 4 times a day between meals is 240gm of carbs

Ya, I really dont got a whole lot to say as far as eating except this. I noticed your breakfast, and post workout had no fat. I try to eat a little fat with every mini meal. But, you dont have to I guess. If you eat your fat within 30 min of your carbs/protein you should be alright. Fat is important for your joints and on very low fat diets your prone to joint /knee problems.

16 oz Milk before you sleep, and another glass in the middle of the night if you know you arent eating enough for quality gains and muscles that are never deplete of protein. If you need to add lots of calories, eat too many filling foods, milk is the way to do it.

as far as the shakes, dont fill it up with corn sugar! I did for a while, thats when you overdo it. Go with bananas and other good tasting sugars. Lots of people say you dont need that 200 grams of carb shake because it isnt as filling. I believe the portein is more important before you go to sleep. I'd rather have a decent after workout thing, and milk before I go to sleep. I like going to bed not hungry!
