I used to have it written down but i lost it. It was LBM x something then divided by something....or i dont remember exactly. All i can find online are these stupid ass calculators that tell me i need to eat 4000 cals a day to maintain 200 lb of LBM.
Want to find my maintinence for my apx LBM which i'm going with 200 lb. So that i can adjust for cutting and bulking when i need to.
I can only do cardio right now while i'm undergoing prolotherapy to fix some angry rotator tendons. So if that needs to be taken into account...
I'm on 1200 - 1800 cal ed right now just to make sure i'm dropping weight.
