I need some advice on my first cycle

Here's what's up I've been lifting for 5 years off and on, and i've just got back into it hard again and i'm getting ready to try my first cycle, but my question is: I've been looking at deca, and test, maybe d-bol and winnie, but i'm not sure what's the best and safest to use, or what cycle length and amount to take could someone give me some advice? Here's my stats I'm 5"9 and 215 stocky build with a little belly fat, right now I'm taking no-explone and cell mass, with a gallon of water to a gallon and a 1\2 a day, along with 1.5 times my body weight in protein, along with my vitamins Please help i'm a first timer thanks Preston

I would work on a proper diet and get my bodyfat below 12% before I would even consider doing a cycle. Have your bodyfat checked and I bet you will be amazed at how high it really is. I know from experience. I used to be a personal trainer and people were very shocked to see that they are over 20% bf.

The condition you are in when you begin a cycle is very important. Get in the best shape you possibly can before you begin anything. That means no garbage food. White bread, pop, candy, potato chips. donuts etc....Food with very little to no nutritional benefit. Good luck

By the way that's too many compounds for a first cycle.
 
Test Enth. 500mg/wk for 12 weeks. Simple and sweet. then do PCT

Deca is a mass building steroid, for all intents and purposes. You don't need bulk. Deca also help sore joints. Wait for another cycle.

You could add Anavar to tighten up. 40-60 mg/ ED. That last 6 weeks of cycle. That's it, pardner.
 
Why do i need my body fat that low, I'm in good shape my diets good no junk food at all high protein lots of water, I'm not looking for the single best cycle to start, i'm not looking to stack.
 
lose some weight first. But then run test at 500 mg per week with 400 mg eq per week for 10 or 12 weeks. Should get some good gains. Good luck bro
 
What is post cycle therapy and the anavar will help lower my body fat, should i be on for 12 and off 12 and is the common name test 250? You wouldn't recommend deca why because of the weight i'll gain, and won't decrease my body fat? I was under the impression that deca was the best, easy on the liver?

Sounds like you need to do some more research before you go making the jump into aas bro. Your first cycle should be

wks 1-10 test 250-500mg ew
wks 6-10 500ui's hcg ew
2 weeks after last shot pct should be. dermacrin sustain for 4 weeks 5 pumps ed

12% isn't that low. I am never over 8% and that's at 6' 250lbs. Some of the guys here remember my gallery pics. But I have removed all them because of all the BS that is going on.

Even when I would do a mass building cycle I could always see my abs. I don't really believe in the bulk up (excess bf) then lean back out. It makes more sense to stay lean. And yes it's possible do while packing on muscle. It's all in how bad you want it and how serious you are to be the best you can be. Good luck

Im just trying to help you here. You want to be in the best condition you possibly can before you use anything. It's a tough thing but when you want to start bodybuilding it's a whole different lifestyle. The more you put into it the more you get out of it.

You stated you have a belly so that means you have excess bf and if you have it there you have it in more places than that. Go have your bf checked and see where you are. It will definately give you another perspective on things.

I see alot of people that are "using" and they end up looking like a bloated pig. The lean muscular look is much more appealing especially to women.

I suggested Anavar for the last 6 weeks because it will really bring out the vascularity. Plus it actually "reduces" fat.
 
My opinion is also to have your bf% down to 12-13 % before starting a cycle this way you can see your gains and u know that your on top of your game in terms of the right training program and diet so that you'll get the maximum benefit from your cycle.

If thats ok then a 12 week cycle of test @ 500mg/week is good. PCT: Nolva, clomid and HCG
 
I definitely agree with shedding some body fat first.... not sure I would throw out "12%" as a rule... everyone "wears" bodyfat differently.... maybe 12-15% is a more laxed recommendation. One of the reasons you want less fat is because if you do put on any muscle mass, it will hide under the coat of fat.... so you wouldn't SEE much of your gains.

Also, I don't agree with the recommendation of 12 weeks for a cycle for a newbie, particularly a first-timer... WAY too long... IMO, 8-10 weeks max
