Here's what's up I've been lifting for 5 years off and on, and i've just got back into it hard again and i'm getting ready to try my first cycle, but my question is: I've been looking at deca, and test, maybe d-bol and winnie, but i'm not sure what's the best and safest to use, or what cycle length and amount to take could someone give me some advice? Here's my stats I'm 5"9 and 215 stocky build with a little belly fat, right now I'm taking no-explone and cell mass, with a gallon of water to a gallon and a 1\2 a day, along with 1.5 times my body weight in protein, along with my vitamins Please help i'm a first timer thanks Preston
