I need soft meals to eat after wisdom teeth get pulled

Allright, I'm bugging out because I have to get my wisom teeth pulled real soon. The only thing I care about is I can't eat normally for a few days. I need a list of soft things I can eat to maintain muscle for the few days post surgery. Thanks

Its not as bad as you think. Just let them clot and heal on that day. Then start with some scrambled eggs, cottage cheese, etc.

Make a big ass omlette with cheese and other soft stuff. You'll be back to eating solid food in no time.

Good luck and don't worry about it......

It took me a week and a half to be able to open my mouth wide enough to really eat a whole meal. My jaw was swollen so I couldn't open it, and if I tried, it hurt like hell. Good luck man, that shit HURTS!

Well i was in rough shape after getting all four puuled. Couldnt eat solid food for at least a week and appetite was in the shitter. I stuck w/ protein shakes and cream of wheat or oats.

I think sticking to soups is the best option, I've had problems eating when I had mine pulled. The pain was TOO much.

Pea soup
Clam Chowder
Chicken Soup

Protein Drinks
Meal Replacements

it took me nearly a dang month to recover from that surgery. Took all 4 out and had to cut them out at that! Protein shakes my man and pudding. I couldn't fully open my mouth to normal for like a month and a half. It SUCKED. Protein shakes!
