I need a new Workout! Help Please!

Okay this has been my split for about the last 8 months. I've gained good size and weight but I have reached a point where I'm not gaining anymore. Heres my split

Mon: Back/Biceps
Tues: Chest/Triceps
Wed : off/sometimes cardio
Thursday: Legs
Friday : Rear Delts/Traps
sat and sun : Off

I think i need a different split but can't think of anything that would work... If there is any other info you guys need let me know! Anyone that could help me out would be great.

I have never seen a day devoted to Rear Delts.. interesting

Have you taken a week off at any time during the past 8 months?

And how much would you say you sleep each night on average?

I actually took a week off two weeks ago. I usually get between 7-8 hours a sleep a night.
 
This is my split for right now.

1- chest
2- back
3- off
4- legs
5- shoulders/traps
6- bi's and tri's
7 off


Right now I am really hitting my chest and back hard, so I am usually too worn out to do another body part on those days. If you just want to change it up you can do triceps with your back, and bi's with your chest. I found that helped me a lot.
