also I have finished school now, so I have until september with no work or anything, but in september I go back for sixth form so I thought if there was any time to cut it would be now since I can choose pretty much all my meals and also do fasted morning cardio as many days as I want.
I dont need/want to get ripped, I would be more than happy with 12% bf and even 15% would be cool...
