180ish? nah man. I said in a thread one time that my
goal was 180 9% bf and you said your goal was the same. That still is my long term goal but for the short term I want to hit hit 160 and drop my fat down to around 10-12%.
I was on a cycle recently but I had only started at 153. Long story short I had a dumb friend that got me into using gear way too early when he should have been teaching me proper eating and training. He talked up gear like it was magic and I would get big real quick. I believed him because he had used gear for a while and used to be a powerlifter. Basically had me do 3 cycles back to back. Never even mentioned PCT. I did it and didn't really start reading this site til the last cycle -- the prop/tren/mast. Thank god for that. He happened to move away at the beginning of that cycle so I started getting my info from here instead of him. If you want the full story it's in my thread about my pct:
