i messed my wrist up for the 20th time

i know i'm not letting it heal correctly, but i never workout on it when it hurts. this has been going on for 1.5 years or more!!! off and on. i'm just addicted to working out and i don't want to loose all my hardwork. any solutions? i know i can still workout my shoulders, back, chest, stomache, and legs, but what about the arms!

Oh, same here.
But I usually go to sports rehab clinic, and the chick there does two things:
1)wrist massage, stretching and free isolated motion
2)ultrasound - this thingie rocks, she uses it on my other joints too

super nice, usually feels like new :o
