I am using QV EQ and everytime I shoot in the glute it gets a knot on my glute and turns red for a couple of days and then goes away to normal, it also feels a lil warm, but still goes away....Should I be worried because the next shot will be in my
thigh????

Go to the doctor? QV prop is harsh, and to shoot 3 cc's is ridiculous. Just give it time and it will go down.

No worries, my post is specific to the calf region b/c of its unique vascular anatomy and low flow potential. Hard to explain briefly. The safest place to inject is the glute, but can be awkward. I prefer the outer thigh b/c its easy, also the delts, or other muscular regions. I wouldnt suggest the inner thigh b/c both the commonfemoral vein and artery, and the grtr saphenous run there. No need to mess with small risks associated with injecting in them. Sounds like the normal rxn to the injection, usually localized swelling. It should go away after a couple of days. Of course, please realize I dont want to overdramatize injection rxns. This is a small risk, but just as soon be avoided.
