Playing football on sunday. I went to tackle a dude and my thumb got jammed in between two people. When I looked at it i noticed the joint (where it meets my hand) was inverted.
Like a knee that was bent backwards.
I lol'd and showed my boy, who said pop it out so I did. I iced it and today it was made swolio. Got x rays it's a minor fracture but doesn't hurt and they put a thumb splint on it.
I'm probably only gonna be able to do legs and some other non-grip crap at the gym
i can probably do flyes on the pec dec and rear delts on the same machine
then i have no idea for other shit - any suggestions? i can still use the other 4 fingers and about 50% thumb power to grip so keep that in mind
maybe smith machine with light weight and false grip
