You scratch off the 10 daily #'s off your card and if u reveal 3 like amounts you win.

She scratched off 3 $100,000 prizes.

Heres where the Bullshit comes in.

These #'s were from Saturday.

I call up the Scratch and Win # and they say we are sorry but Saturday there was a mis-print of the #'s. We apologize.

WTF!?!?!?!?!

Then on my way to work, listening to the radio. A few other people who won on Saturday called up tellin them the same story im tellin you guys.

DUDE I WANT MY FUCKIN MONEY. I ALREADY STARTED COUNTING IT AND SPENDING IT IN MY HEAD.

I was late for work and everything.

Can they do that? Should I just let this slide? Get a lawyer? What are your thoughts?

I won too bro but I don't think there is anyway to collect on it.. On the back of the game card it says that the DN is not liable for any misprints.. Sure, everyone and there mother are going to sue b/c of it but unfortunately I don't think anything will come from it.. Supposedly if you mail in your game sheet they are going to hold a random drawing for all those that thought they won and the winner will get a prize.. I'm sure it won't even be close to the 100 grand you thought you should have won...

One stupid lady booked a trip to Orlando for her kids after she scratched it off and saw she won and now is trying to sue the DN b/c she said her kids have been emotionally traumatized by this event.. There will be plenty more BS lawsuits like this floating around for the next few years!!!

I totally agree bor b/c its BS to fcuk w/ someones head like that and then to be like "Oops, sorry it was a typo"!!! I was playing that game too but I'll get the Post instead.. Now even if you do win you have to think they might try and pull some BS about it being a typo... A lot of people are suing and I'm sure if enough people make a big deal that they will have to do something!!
