I just want to share my progress with the member's of EF. I started working out again at the beginning of December of 2002 after a 15 month layoff. My muscle memory was pretty good as I gained a solid 20 pounds in 3 months. I decided to do a cycle again as I have done a couple in the past. This is
what it looks like:
Weeks 1-10 - 350mg Test per week
Day 1-40 - 25mg D-bol (Thai) ed
Weeks 7-12 - 50mg Winny eod
Weeks 12-14 - Clomid therapy
Weeks 1-14 - 10mg Nolvadex ed
I'm also using liver cleansers and the usual stuff along with my cycle. I started the cycle on March 9, so am 3 ½ weeks in. When I started training in December I was 180lbs at 6'2" with about 12% bf. I just turned 28 in February. Here are my stats so far. On the first day of my cycle I was 200lbs with about the same bf. Today I am 220lbs at the same bf. I don't have any bloat cuz of the Nolva. Strength is increasing and I feel great. I want to thank all the guys who know their stuff cuz I've learned a lot on this board and it has definitely helped me. I took a couple pics when I started back in December and will take more when I'm done the cycle and post them here.
P.S. If anyone wants to critique my cycle, I wouldn't mind any suggestions.
