I just ordered outback...

mmmmmmmm....i wish i had a filet mignon and big ceasar salad
 
I have consumed 1000's of steaks. That is NOT an exageration. I am qualified to be a professional. My opinion: Outback sucks. I have not got 1 good steak from them. Perhaps I just show up on shity nights. As far as national chains go in "my opinion" the 20oz Porterhouse from The LongHorn is far superior. Of course my old standby is Don's Steakhouse in Lawrence KS with the $40.00 28oz porterhouse med. rare. If you eat your steak cooked anymore than med. rare you are wasting money and should consider less expensive entrees. I'm sorry im sorry matter of fact here, but I know what im talking about.
 
I've had 4 servings of muscle milk, a salad, and a fucking kashi tv dinner. I havn't had a beer in 6weeks and am feeling rather hostile. That's prob. the test rush as I just got back from the gym with the old lady.

My ex girl used to love that place. It was great for me, cause it's cheap as shit. Manager's special is the ish if you don't have the desire to got to a real restaurant for a real steak. good price for a decent meal

BEST steak on the PLANET is the Chop House in downtown Chicago. OMG. I ate there and can seriously say that until you get the bone in filet mignon there, you have not lived. OHHHHHHH! ORGASMIC

lol....those cheese fries with bacon always make me feel gross after I eat them, but sure not while I am looking at the plate :lmao:

needto, just for professional research, go eat at the chop house in chicago sometime. It is famous for its steaks. It is very pricey, but they have excellent food and a HUGE wine cellar. Man, it is so good it makes me wanna either cry or curse. I'm telling you, that filet was probably the best dinner I have ever had in my life.

as a head chef most of the time around my area I can just walk into the kitchen at a restaurant and let the head cheff know I am there and my food is free.not so with chain restaurants though.being in the bis for song long in my area we all know each other and we are cool like that.

Nope, never been there. However, I can't imagine a steak could get better than that bone in filet. OH MY.

Come make me a steak and some garlic potatoes and a ceasar salad with the real ceasar dressing with the egg yolk and anchovies mashed in it. okay? please.
 
best steak i ever had was in san salvador . at an Argentinian steak house OMFG it was amazing . it was sooo tender it would tear when you tried to cut it . as an appetizer , they brought you out beef broth in a coffee cup and you drank it as you waited.

man i wish i had outback up here .. australian food is like real man's food. i mean their cuisine consists of steak, beef, chicken strips and fries. i can live with that!

actually..they were they were stacked in the bag the fries were at the bottom so i had to wait. Luckily im only 5 mins away . :evil:

you know I don't care for outback steaks. Everyone I know raves about them but I just don't care to eat there. I won a prize once for dinner for 2 at Ruth Chris steak house and I think that ruined me. That place.....WOW.

i never had eaten a steak at outback. THere is a ruth chris down the road from me. I have never eaten there either...i would never pay that money for a steak. THe only steak I like are "churrasco" from spanish(spain) restaurants...nice juicy thin cut steak.

I would of never paid those prices either, but it was free so I went and now, I won't even bother with a steak unless I cook it, or it's ruth chris. I can't even come close to them but man I tell you, RC......it's on a whole other steak level. It can't be compared to anything, it will ALWAYS taste better.

i agree as far as steaks go there are much better and nicer places than outback but you gotta love outback for what it is

i agree about the medrare thing, but i dont think its a waste of money unless u go above medium

in my pantry - wtf. the shit is so fucking good. you buy the mix, use ice cold skim milk, mix with a mixer for 2 minutes - let it sit in fridge for 5 minutes or so and VOILA - fucking awsome pudding with no fat and no sugar. i cant get enough

cheese fries are the best thing that place has, the bloomin onion is awsome, but the only reason to get one would be if soemone else at the table got cheesefries and u share
