I got my H1N1 shot yesterday at 2:30pm. Today at 3:42am I still don't have the devastating shoulder pain some have complained about after getting the shot...just a very mild ache so far (I got the adjuvanted variety). I'm hoping it stays that way so I can work out tomorrow. If not, I guess tomorrow is a rest, eat, and grow day.

I didnt have an ache at all, and I had the seasonal flu in one arm and the H1N1 in the other....my arm feels fine. Not even sore to the touch.

why? Im not normally a flu shot type of girl, I"ve never had one before. I was a little nervous. I did it for my baby. Come to find out, I'll do anything for her. Even take a scary vaccine lol

my wife's obgyn is reccomending she and my 4y/o to get the shot(s). I'm still nervous for her and my boy and the belly baby.
