First, learn from it.
Really take notice of how you felt after you ate those PB cups.
I mean realy feel it.....not good huh.
So that next time you will remember this and not be so quick to jump the gun.
Next, was it because you were hungry that you buckled and ate those cups, or were you just craving something sweet, or both?
Figure this out and prepare in advance next time.
As has been mentioned, have some sweet tooth alternatives on hand.
Diet pops really help me with my sweet tooth.
Fat free puddings, (just add your own protein powder)
Or just have something healthy to eat to stop you from being hungry, because its when your hungry that your most apt to break down and eat something you may regret.
And if it's both, first have something healthy to eat, then have your sweet tooth alternative.
Works like a charm.
