i hurt myself

Its actually really embarrasing. I had lifted shoulders and back earlier in the day on Wednesday and felt amazing. Later on in the night I was wrestling with the sheets trying to get situated. Than all of sudden I felt a pop, in the back of my shoulder. It has to be some litte muscle but it hurts all the time. On thursday I tried to do squats and deadlifts, but it the pain was pretty unbareable. So I quit for the day. Today I tried to lift arms hoping it was just a day thing,...nope. Now i'm in my 4 week of sus500 and tren250. What do i do? Keep taking the suff and eat right, or go into pct.

go see a doctor to see how serious it is. If he says it's a 6 week injury, you might want to go ahead w/ PCT. If he says a week or so, stay on.
 
yes go see a doctor and see how serious the injury is .. i wouldnt work out period till u see a doctor .. if u cant work out come off and pct .. i dont see the purpose of staying on and finishing the cycle if u arent going to work out

So, its been over two weeks since i hurt myself. I went into pct taking 50mg of clomid for two weeks. Everything seems fine, mood is ok, the boys are ok, sex drive is still down, and I can work out again. I've seem to maintain all the weight gained (10lbs) and my strength is close...
over all i think it was a great first 4 week cycle.
Now i'm moving onto 250mg of test e for 10 weeks! thinking of doing hcg during, and armidex and test recover for pct. How long should I wait till i go into it? I've got alot of clomid left, and the armidex on hand!
let me know if you guys think i should do anything different for my next cycle.

No! You should have that checked out! ASAP!
 
Shoulders tend too not be right for months when injured. At least mine always end up lasting a good 4 months from simple strains.
