Today during legs, was doin my progressive warm up, and when i was doin my 295 for 5, on the fifth rep i went down and the plate hit the safty catch thing on the squat rack. then i got thrown off balance and repositioned myself and felt a crunch/pop in my hip..
now my mobility is shot. I cant raise my leg forward backwasrd or to the side without pain. there is no bruising or redness. it doesnt hurt when i walk. but it hurts when i do a butterfly stretch.
how long do you think it will take to heal, and should i lay off heavy squats and squat light, or lay off squats period...
