not for long! i already bought all the office furniture and shit...plus the president of the corporation (i.e. "me") has the final say in all matters of management...so, he's gonna come around to my way of thinking...i'm just trying to avoid a(nother) family incident...we've had enough of those lately...and, i'm trying to avoid getting my ass shot off by a man (who i have a great deal of respect for) that did 2 tours in nam (he enjoyed the first one so much, he signed up for a 2nd go-round)...but the space is brand new, larger (we're growing) and the newly built city parking garage is right outside the door...plus, like i said, the deal i negotiated for the 1st 5 years is revenue-neutral and then can't go up more than 3% per renewal...it's a no-brainer!
