i have to good questions read please help a.s.a.p

ok i used gear for a while now the frist time i used it i got badass gains and right now am using test400 and deca200 mixing those togother. and am not seeing anything really do you think you should stop using gear for a while so your body is not use to it anymore??? and about your work outs say if you do chest and triceps and moneys and stuff would it be better after a while to changes the muscles you work in the week so it not always the same muscles every monday or whatever well write back a.s.a.p thanks for your time

...Edited for not understanding your English (I thought you were asking if it's better to train legs on monday or tuesday)... If you aren't seeing gains, you've got other issues to solve.

You should make continuous gains bro. Especially off of the t-400(ouch) and deca. You might want to bump up your calories and protein intake. As for the training I think that it is a very good idea to switch it up every now and then. Any time I feel like I have hit a plateau I change up my routing. Either go heavy with low reps or go higher reps. Sometimes I will throw in another exercise to replace one I was doing or just change the order of the exercises I was doing. During the summer when I am cutting I like to do chest/triceps together and back / biceps together on another day. When I am bulking I like doing chest alone and back alone. I will work arms on a day by themselves. Always change it up bro.
 
ok thanks for the info. and no my gear is not fake its very real i get it all threw a doctor that i have knowen for years.i think its cause i am not eating like a mad man the gains that i getting its like lean muslce mass and its my bulking cycle to i have to eat more i been lifting heavy tho well thanks guys

What he said... your training regime may need to be looked at too. How hard are you pushing yourself?
 
How long have you been on this cycle? I have a hard time believing a doctor would give you t-400. I always thought that was vet grade.
