I have reached my decision about Dunk.

I have decided what to do about Dunk. In case you missed it, here's what this is all about:

I have decided to let him come back and I will let him keep his Lifetime Membership. No one ever believed the crazy story about wanting to convert it back to a Month to Month membership.

Also, as a condition of his return, I have asked that he stop EF bashing - legitimate concerns are welcome, causing trouble is not.

Lastly, I have asked him to pay the following fines:

Dunk will pay to AAP: 25% of his total Karma (427,160 hits) for his "geigh" remark. AAP will distribute this Karma as he sees fit to the members that were wronged by Dunk in the past.

Dunk will pay to Big Rick Rock 15% of his total Karma (256,296 hits) which Rick will distribute to the Mods who had to spend their own Karma defusing the Dunk protest bombs.

Lastly, Dunk will pay to Swole 10% of his total Karma (170,864 hits) for negotiating so eloquently on his behalf.

I welcome Dunk back to the site with open arms and I am glad to close this chapter in EF history.
 
AAP you better hook me up man, those bombs seriously traumatized me. and u know i live for your posts...

I'm glad he'll be back.

Firm fairness on the Karma. I'd rather have seen it evaporate than be dispensed in recompense for bombs. The bombs are in the store to be used after all.

AAP does good things with Karma. Props to Swole.

You can communicate through karma messages though.

I dont think the karma penalty is good though, I think he should have to write a two-thousand word essay praising Angel and Needto as punishment and have it stickied. He'll think twice about bashing EF after that :evil:

(1) so using "geigh" or "gay" as a pejorative is now banned, or a fine-able offense?

(2) does AAP appreciate being appointed as a sort of Gay spokesman or representative?

The fines have been paid and the Karma has been transferred in the Karma Store.
