I have *Eating Disorders* -- GOTTA HELP ME

Ok. Ok.
I faced the damn truth, there's no escape better to admit it now than continue to bindge.

I have a damn eating disorder PERIOD.

I finished my cutting cycle over a month ago along with HCG and Clomid therapy.

I've always been known as a Fitness Enthusiast and I haven't touched Chocolate and shit stuff like that for maybe a year!

That's was all till about three weeks ago. I've reached my 10% BF mark and wanting to lower it down to 8%. I took ECA & CLEN and I think my brain got addicted or something to it, and maybe causes a Serotonin or Thyroid problem.

I started to bidge excessively several times a week. And I mean BINDGE! It can be a 5000 cals in just one fucking meal. It's unstoppable, it's like my mind and my hands and mouth or doing what they want.

It's a FUCKING STRANGE feeling. It's hard to understand.. It's not even neccesarible hunger. I may not be hungry but my Cravings are just fucking killing me. Controlling the craving for the first hour or two is the hardest than it's easier. But most of the times I can't control it.

Since I know myself, and I've never been this way before I know it may be an organic problem.

I tried St. John wort to fight depression, didn't work. I started taking Redux (Meridia 10mg) three days ago in hope to stop this crazy craving shit, but guess what? It doesn't work at all.

That's why I think what I have is more serious.

But I know I gotta stop it NOW (while I can still see my 6 abs if I squeez) before it's too late and I gain all the weight back. I also know I need to loose about 5 pounds that I may have added and that make me look really bad. But that's just it: Loose 5 pounds and get back to NORMAL Life.

I was thinking about Prozac ? I heard it elevated Serotonin and may make me not craving for carbs anymore. On the other hand I've also heard the opposite (Weight gain). Also, I've thought about maybe a CKD diet, but I'm not sure this one is for me, since I have this huge cravings for sweet stuff, and I live those Protein bars so much. I mean, I can cut CARBs drastically, but not eliminate them completely I guess (Something like 20% calories a day or something).

You may wanna think about going to a doctor about that man. It sounds like any other eating disorder and is may be near-impossible to kick yourself. Some good anti-despressants are valium too. It does sound like you have a problem and you need to get it fixed asap, but yor physique should be the last thing in line. Take care of your body and give it what it needs, you can always get back to where you were. If you use to be a large person, you need to tell us that. Tell us your weight history. You may have chemically altered your brain chemistry for all you know. Just take care of yourself, alot of us overlook that trying to reach our goals and we become blind to what else were doing to our body's. Good luck bro, PM me if you want some more help man.

I know people with eating disorders and you and them need to quit the fucking whining. If people with heroin addictions can stop the you can also. Toughen up.

Man i tell you , i suffer from this Eating Disorder shit as well. It is not documented or anything , because it is not actually a disease or a syndrome.

However, i have learned a few things accross my journey to a lean body.

1 st - This unbearable cravings for carbs are being caused by elevated and out of control insulin spikes, you have to make it so your insulin levels drop. You can either do really HARD and HIGH INTENSITY cardio in the morning with empty stomach and control your less painful hunger along the rest of the day with ECA or preferably NYC, and you should eliminate 90 % of the carbs for some days. Run some r-ala as well. This should lower your insulin levels causing your cravings for carbs to subside.

2 nd - When it comes to serotonin and dopamin levels it is very hard to predict and to control it but they play a key role on your hunger signals to the brain. Just try suplementing with Tryptophan (5-htp) and running some bromocriptine at 2.5 / day as well. This will promote serotonin and dopamin serum levels to raise, hence one of them is the bulding block for serotonin and the other is a dopamin agonist. That is to avoid dealing with drugs like anti-depressants and anxiety as well, which could really worsen your condition.

3 rd - Androgens really messes with your brain chemistry , they affect that to a great degree, you can feel it clearly when you run one compound only cycle and pay attention to your mood. D-bol causes dopamin serum levels to raise making you feel awesome (cocain does pretty much the same to a greater level), test alone makes you feel awesome, winstrol alone causes anxiety, fina causes short temper and anxiety (progesterone makes you feel like shit , lethargic, that´s why fina alone makes you feel like shit), ox kills your hunger, and i only mention the ones i experienced myself. Of course everyone reacts different. In my case i only run fina with test, and i try to make combinations that make me feel good to be able to keep with the cycle. We all hear how EQ makes you feel anxious and hungry, maybe it messes with serotonin or dopamin levels to a great degree. Learn what the compounds do to you.


4 th - Fluctuating levels of androgen on the blood stream causes a mess with your brain chemistry, you should always run your cycle trying to make it even, the best example is the difference between running fina ED or EOD making the difference between a moody mofo with a close to usual behavior with ED injections.

5 th - High estrogen levels without the right amount of androgens also causes hunger pains as well as moody behavior and body composition in favor to fat to occur. Try running anti-es until you get your htpa 50 % recovered at least. This is why clomid and nolvadex are vital post-cycle and HCG sometimes is counter-productive post-cycle as they raise both levels of test and estro.

Hope it is your case and it helps you to minimize this counter-productive hormonal environment you are right now.
 
im in the same boat. trying to go at least 10-12% bf naturally before getting on a cycle. im around 15% now. i guess its just will power
 
couple things that have helped me with binging.

- eat plenty of fibrous veggies to keep you full

- drink water till you're full when you have a craving

- if you dont buy the junk food, you wont eat it
