Well i do love the paint thinner idea and have actually scoped out his place and noticed he parks in the garage with the door open so it could be done easily. I would however prefer to focus on the rental property more. There are two young and very social college girls living upstairs which give more reason to to suspect me of anything.

I have tried calling him countless times to talk to him about everything leaving voicemails but I've gotten nothing in return.

I have spoken to my uncle about the matter who is a retired attorney for the mayor and basically told me that I was SOL.

No before or after pics were taken, the entire process was in 'good faith' mentality. He isn't a direct friend of the family exactly. He used to work for my dad and is good friends with the next door neighbor of the duplex that is in fact in really good with my dad.

I like the salt and balloon ideas as well but thInk they are going to keep me on the property longer then I want to be.

Right now I'm driving by late at night and stealing his for rent signs that are in the front yard but it just doesn't seem to be scratching this itch.

You want something that will def be hard to get off? Go to Sherwin Williams or some paint store and pick out a hideous color. Bright teal or sone shit, have them make that color in H&C xyelene concrete stain. Not water based. Do it at night so it can start to dry out, only bad thing is he can just paint right over it but simple "paint remover" will not take this shit up.
