Why is totally acceptable for a 6 month old baby to shit it's pants and no one says so much as boo....but when a 40 year old man does the same thing everyone either gives you a dirty look or runs?

Plus if you start yelling "Change me!" no one will do it and these two guys in white coats come up to you and take you away in a padded car. Which can be quite nice with the padding and all but then you realize oh, yeah I'm still sitting in my own shit and need changed dammit!
