HEY

Say i'm doing a Monday, Wednesday and Friday workout.

Doing bench, squat, deadlift - 5x5.

Would it effect progress if i hit the biceps on tue and thur?
 
More info would be nice but I think you'd get enough bicep work from just doing deads 3 days a week. I haven't done a curl in years and I have pretty big bi's.
Also, last thing you want is doing bi's on Tues and Thurs to affect your deads.
 
do it once a week, just one or two exercises and on wednesday after the regular 5x5, see how it works with you...

Every now and then it's good to please your curiosity... following a program to the extreme can be boring sometimes...
