E Endo MD New member Aug 22, 2008 #3 More info would be nice but I think you'd get enough bicep work from just doing deads 3 days a week. I haven't done a curl in years and I have pretty big bi's. Also, last thing you want is doing bi's on Tues and Thurs to affect your deads.

highlander555 New member Aug 23, 2008 #5 If you really want to hit bi's seperately, I'd only do them once a week. That way you won't run the risk of overtraining.

SaiBoT MVP EF VIP Aug 24, 2008 #7 do it once a week, just one or two exercises and on wednesday after the regular 5x5, see how it works with you... Every now and then it's good to please your curiosity... following a program to the extreme can be boring sometimes...
