Love your tip... I used to be the chatty person at work, and have had bad experiences in the past, and don't want people gossiping about me, etc. I've been a lot more reserved at this place, hence my concern with Tim being an ass, just trying to keep things about my job and not my personal life. I do need to work on being more upbeat, I'm always very serious and focused on what's going on.

stilleto is absolutely right about personality being key. positive attitude trumps all. i would forego previous experience for someone who comes across off the bat as positive, friendly but calm, and bright.

My position is pretty entry-level, and there isn't much room for growth right now in this department. The interview was last Wednesday, still waiting to hear. I know the last person had their interview sometime today... I hate waiting.
