Long commutes suck, I always prefer to move than drive over an hour.. Though, when the job is really good, it's better to be happy 8 hours a day, and irritated for the long-ish commute..than have a short commute and hate your job for 8 hours..know what I mean? Asscube? PS. Did I tell you how fine you're looking in that pic with Boxbox and Chaos? FINE.

Depends on how often you're driving back and forth. My point is, if you move to be closer to the job, 80 minutes is not far to go on the weekends.

I moved for a job that was 600 miles away from my friends and family. Try making THAT drive on a regular basis.

I don't want to think so far ahead. I dunno if they'll even offer me anything. I was told they were booked this week for interviews. So I'm assuming there are lots of applicants. Being the cynic and pessimist I am, I bet I don't get it anyway.

Around here, it's not uncommon to have a 45-60 minute commute. Joys of urban sprawl.

I'm lucky in that my commute's only about 30 minutes.
