If you sorta did explain it during the interview then you're done; let it lie.
You can't make it go away, you can only make it worse. If you keep bringing it up you look anxious and insecure.

Absolutely. Do not mention it again. That will make you look far more unattractive to an interviewer than the sweating itself did.
Calm down. Did you interview well? That's more important than coming in a bit late and being sweaty. I've interviewed a lot of knuckleheads who were early and perfectly groomed that I knew within 5 minutes I wasn't going to recommend for hire.
A savvy interviewer will forgive a lot if you were polite, connected well with them, and had good answers.

ehh i did decent on the interview it was just a 30 minute long thing but i need to score a second one to make a comeback. This hting is a startup actually with less then 200 people working but i think it has great potential.
On a seperate note i got two offers from fortune 500 companies (sales) but those are the same shitty repetetive jobs. Id rather take a risk with a start up
