I can't be the only one this happens to. I've had a girl taking many of my classes at the gym lately, 6am Spin and Saturday Body Pump; she's super sweet and then I get the...

"I know your schedule is super tight so I'm not sure if you'd have time to talk.." Yeah, I've got time, what's up? "I was wondering if you've tried [insert nutritional supplement peddled by pyramid schemes]..."

I've had this happen so many times. I think I've got a new superfan or somebody that just wants to be friendly, and bam! there it is. I don't know if it's because they want me under them and feel that as a fitness instructor I would be a good person to sell their stuff???
 
I had some guy that I sold a car to a few months back call me up one day. I'm thinking that the call is in regard to the vehicle or he is in the market for another...Then he begins his pitch about trying to get me to come to some dinner to hear the sales pitch...

I blow him off for a few days thinking he will get the hint and stfu. Well, he doesn't and keeps calling and bugging me about it so I finally had to tell him that I had absolutely zero interest in getting into any MLM companies no matter how good the product.

Last year somebody that graduated a couple years ahead of me (high school) called me after finding my number on Facebook. We were friends on there I think, but we were never really friends in real life. I understand people have to make a living, but geesh!
 
Thats happened to me with amway folks. I string them along a minute theb start in with the hard questions like "how much money is it making you?"
They always say something like "not much yet but its going to take off etc"

I've had several of these guys try to get me into these schemes.
They try so hard for such a shitty job. Fucking retarded..

minor inconvenience...my computer guy can fix anything :)

btw...i would volunteer to work for the u.s. govt, quietly assassinating people that they have identified as hackers...i would double tap their forehead...i would slit their throat and pull their tongue out through the hole...i would cut off their penis and insert it between their lips, stogie-style...i would hang a sign around their neck reading "i am a computer hacker and now i am dead"...and i would leave their defiled corpse where it would be found and become "news"...how long do you think it would take before the hacking community took a step back??

Yeah... I really like this girl. How do I take her products, tell her they don't work for me but yet keep her a fan of my gym? A friend of hers just started covering my 6am's which happens to be fantastic since I just took a side gig for the next couple of weeks and need the time... she's in great shape, I could use some new girlfriends, but I hate this kind of shit.
 
Tell her you're all natty. Tell her you can't afford it. Tell her you don't want to get into business with a client as it isn't professional. Or just tell her to stfu.
 
except I just told her friend she's teaching my classes for the next 2 weeks because I have a $4K job that has to be done in 10 days? Well maybe I didn't tell her the details... I'm going with STFU? I thinK?
 
Or...tell her that you're so busy with all your other jobs/projects that you don't have the time to take on anymore but you appreciate her giving you the opportunity and if you can think of anyone that would be interested you will send them her way. Boom! Problem solved.

Tell her you already have so many supps you wouldn't have any need for anymore but when it comes time for you to restock you will get ahold of her.
 
You may think you need a new friend and this girl is so sweet, but the minute you told that girl you didn't want to be in her MLM, she'd drop you as a friend so fast your head would spin. The MLM'ers always have that ulterior motive.
