I was just trying to think of something no one els would have and that term always stuck with me for some reason.
He use to always say that to me when he was trying to get money out of me.

With all you people quitting your jobs there should be loads of jobs out there.

Problem is many companies are using this type of attrition to reduce the size of their workforce. Instead of hiring someone to "re-fill" the position, existing employees are asked to do more with less and cover these holes, so to speak.
