Of meeting Sheez Ripped this weekend at a b/b contest in my town. She and her hubby came over to cheer on a friend who was in the competition. SHE LOOKS GREAT !! So sexy, and feminine with MUSCLES It was so great meeting her.......

(We got home at around one that night Sheez Ripped ; I was pooped...... Maybe next time we can close the joint ! )

Gurls....she looks awesome! She is gonna rock at her contest! She and hubby are just the greatest....our hubbies really hit it off! We're planning to go cheer Ann on in June!

And my hubby's friend...that was in this show....won his class...light heavyweight....junior.....and the overall junior! he looked good enough to eat

And ann...sorry we didn't close the joint wit ya...but we were ready to crash! got up Sunday and made it home by lunchtime!

Starting my precontest workouts/diet TODAY! No more treats for me!

I see ya got a new mouse obviously! Ann's new puppy chewed her mouse cord!
