Here's my dilemma >> I got it at Marhsall Field's in Chicago, but didnt have time for them to take out the links as I had a flight to catch. So, I wonder where I can go around here (DC area) to have it re-sized for free?

Most jewelers will do it. Some will charge a fee but I'm sure you could sweet talk someone there to do it for free.

I got one as well, pretty nice watches. I like the fact that they are gauranteed water proof instead of just water resistant. Heres a pic of mine
