I got bad karma....

For wanting to liquify Bugbites liver, suggesting some more karma colors and agreeing with Havoc on his herb education thread. If you are going to give me bad karam at least have the sack to admit who and why!

Other than that Anyone want some bugbite liver patte?
How about some foisgras de bugbite?
Or bugbite brains in a lemon, basil and olive oil sauce?

I'm trying to break from 465 for 6 on the bench to 510 for 6 any suggestions on platue breaking without gear would be helpful. I do gear on occassion I'm just under some life changes right now that make it prudent to waite a few months before another cycle and I really wanna hit 510 for 6. I can do 2 sometimes 3 right now.

hmm..it says I left too much karma already and can't leave anymore....I haven't been able to leave any since yesterday afternoon....when does it start over? I got some karma to leave
 
LOL!!!! I ran out early yesterday too.... :) It let my back in today, I think it's 20 people every twenty four hours. I don't know what the "Roll Over" is that lets you add more karma to peeps again. I haven't been able to double down so to speak.
 
I got let back in too, but, I can't give more karma to ppl I gave it to yesterday.........

Well I can understand bugbite giving me negative karma over me wanting to frappee his liver.... as for the other two that seems a bit childish to me.

GOOD POST, I caught some bad karma for my herb post too brother. Like Wodin and Mommykin said, if your going to leave bad karma then say who you are, you're already hiding behind a computer, chump ass sucka.

i think ive run out of kharma for today, it wont let me send anymore unless i spread it around or something :(

I go 225 (20) - 315 ( 15 - 20) - 405 (10 - 12) 465 (6 - 8) 510 (2-3). Flat or decline bench.

I'm not a ho. I'm choosey!!! What if I don't want to spread it around........ You can't give good Karma out to just anybody that comes along. (but I may be able to negotiate a fair price......what is the market value of good Karma these days?)

I don't know... I never do a 1RM anymore... A few years ago it was 525....

You were right on the money about the tendons and ligaments, by the way. All at once, aches and pains and swelling around much of my major tendons and ligaments. I can't fuck around like that anymore, though, I have that bionic tendon in my elbow and I can't take the chance of damaging it. My achilles feels like it's about to snap at any moment. I can see gradual improvement over the last day or so, so hopefully things will be back to normal shortly.

Good to here you are getting your shiat together in this regard. Actually big weight is more a function of ligament and tendo strength than muscle mass. IMO!!!! I don't mean that it's like over riding, I mean that it's a bigger contributor.

When you start upping the weights, do 1/4 , 1/2 reps, build it to a full rep with slow motion. This is what increases the tensor strength.

LOL!!! at the bottom of the lift, the shit just sits there then I have to be a pussy and go help me, help me if I go for more than three. I don't bounce or anything, I have a tight form with about a 1 inch seperation on my lifts for the bench.

failure at the very bottom is indicative of strength imbalance between the pec major (and minor) and the anterior delt, and believe it or not the brachialis. How wide a grip do you use? I bet it's relatively close for your body frame. Ring fingers/pinky on the scoring??
 
WODIN, I did to, and I agree with you people should have to sign their name when handing out karma either way. Plus, I got my bad karma on a post dated Oct 2--I guess I really don't think it is fair to get bad karma on posts made prior to the start of the "karma system"!!

That's my opinion anyway!! :sulk:

Moving the grip will greatly help the push off the chest. The best way to move the lifts up is to go wider(index finget on the rings) on your warm-up sets. This will GREATLY increase the pec involvement. YOur tris and delts have become the prime movers during the lift. Roll your shoulders down and toward your feet as you bench. This will also help increase pec involvement.

Bet ya got huge tris and front delts...
